Kasturi Lal Har Lal Ltd. (KLHL) is a well-diversified group and has business interest in Minerals, Railway Logistics, Consultancy, Equipment Leasing, Hand Embroidered Fabrics and Surgical Disposable Goods. Late Sh. Har Lal Aggarwal laid the foundation of this group in the year 1953.
The Corporate Office of the group is located at Kolkata with offices in Eleven States (Punjab, New Delhi, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Maharashtra, Assam & West Bengal).

Mineral (Coal) Trading activities are in Eleven States of India. This is the main business of the group accounting for nearly 80% of the group's turnover. The group handles approximately Two Million MTs of Coal per annum on behalf of its various customers, which includes Blue Chip Companies like Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd., Jaiprakash Associates Ltd. and Aarti Steels Ltd. among others. Total Customer Satisfaction and Longevity of Relationships with our customers are the core strengths of the group. The group has also successfully ventured in the field of importing coal for our customers and other users in India from Indonesia, China and South Africa.
Due to our regular interaction with the various zonal railways on a daily basis, we are always abreast of the latest rules and regulations of the Indian Railways for setting up railway sidings by private parties. Hence, we also provide consultancy services to our clients for planning and execution of railway sidings at their plants- liasioning with the customers works, divisional and zonal offices of the railways and the approved consultants/contractors for ensuring timely implementation of the railway siding.
Keeping pace with time, the group has been slowly and steadily diversifying its activities in business areas where their core competence can match the requisite standards. In last few years the group has diversified its activities in Hand Embroidered Fabrics and distribution of Surgical Disposable Items under its group company KLHL Exim Pvt. Ltd.
The group now also plans to divacity into manufacturing & drones under the "Atma Nirbhar Bharat - Make in India" policy of the Government of India in collaboration with a Joint Venture Partner.
